Though it had seemed like a done deal, Las Vegas has started to grow pessimistic of the possible move of the NFL's Raiders to the city.
Though the state of Nevada has approved a plan for a 1.9 billion dollar stadium, the city of Oakland has begun its own counter deal. Though the Raider's team owner has pledged to continue with filing for the move, ultimately it will be up to the other NFL team owners whether the move will happen.
With the Commissioner's opposition to gambling and the team currently in first place in their division the odds of a move to Las Vegas seems like a long shot. For more information click here.
