Excalibur is very recognizable from afar with its castle like architecture resembling one of the Disney palaces. An amalgamation of medieval architecture and ultra-modern amenities adds to the charm of Excalibur. If you love food, you will love Excalibur which houses 8 restaurants and a food court. Located on the casino level is a unique and fun dining place-Dick’s Last Resort. It just doesn’t serve delicious food but it’s staff deliberately serves sarcasm and obnoxity on side which guests enjoy. Also on the Casino level are Johnny Rockets with amazing burgers and shakes and Buccadi Beppo offering authentic Italian cuisines.
Escalators and elevators take you to the upper levels where you will find the posh restaurants - The Steakhouse at Camelot and The Buffet. It holds model DJ’s and specials on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. It is located outside the theatre for 'Thunder fromDown Under' which is one of the permanent shows at Excalibur. This show featuring an all-male crew of hot men with chiseled bodies is exciting and made to make women go all weak in the knees. Another show is 'The AustralianBee Gees' which is a Saturday night show paying tribute to the Bee Gees.
The Excalibur Hotel and Casino is great for kids, but as an adult, sticky floors ain't my thing.
The third permanent, and most famous, show is 'Tournament of the Kings' in which the knights ride the horses and fight while the guests enjoy the banquet feast dinner served by costumed staff taking you back to era of King of Arthur. However, at the time of writing, the Tournament of Kings may be no more according to VitalVegas.com.
