Tropicana LV was originally designed by a Miami architect, so it's no wonder it has held onto its beach theme since it was constructed in 1957. Since then, a lot of famous people have performed in the Tropicana Lounge and its other entertainment venues. Names such as Dave Brubeck, Raiding the Rock Vault, Andrew Dice Clay, and Rich Little might ring a bell. The Laugh Factory has three new comedy shows a week, so try keeping up with that! The hotel décor and amenities will make you feel like you're in South Beach, Miami after being fully remodeled in 2010.

It's all-new rooms and suites, casino and restaurants, and spa and fitness center have been transformed to give the feeling of being in Miami in the center of Las Vegas.

The hotel décor, pool and Sky Beach Club were all inspired by South Beach and the pool was voted the best in Las Vegas, which is no wonder since it has Swim-up Blackjack. The pool is set on two acres surrounded by palm trees, lush landscaping and waterfalls. If you want to party with the A-list celebs, the Sky Beach Club is open on weekends for those who reserve a spot.

The Tropicana LV has four award winning restaurants, encompassing everything from fine dining to casual to cocktails. Bacio is the Italian trattoria you won't want to miss. It received TripAdvisor's Certificate of Excellence in 2014 and has continued to maintain its high standards in both food and service. Bacio is a boutique-size eatery with Italian tile flooring and an inviting patio. Biscayne Steak Sea Wine received six awards in 2015 alone, and serves freshly prepared cuts of meat and seafood along with an amazing wine list. If it's casual flip-flop dining you're after or just a quick bite, hit the South Beach Food Court. In-Room Dining is also available, as well as three cocktail lounges.

The newly remodeled rooms and suites also follow a South Beach theme and are light, airy and luxurious.Villas are also available. The luxury rooms are spacious and comfortable, yet sophisticated, and offer full amenities and modern technology, including 42” LCD televisions and iHome docking stations and WiFi. Rooms in the Paradise Tower are closer to the casino, but if you are unlucky enough to be here for business only, the Club Tower is near the modern conference center and complete business services. Some rooms have private balconies and parking for guests is always free. The rooms are so luxurious, only the draw of relaxing by the pool or winning big in the 50,000 square foot casino will be enough to make you venture out.
